What we collect
We collect only the information you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the property's city and ZIP, property type, year built, the service requested, the urgency, and whatever you write in the message.
We do not use tracking cookies, we do not run advertising, and we do not run third-party analytics on this site.
Your language preference (English or Spanish) is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your choice. That stays on your device and is never sent to us.
How we use it
We use what you submit only to respond to your request, quote the work, schedule the visit, and communicate with you about that work. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How the form is delivered
The contact form is processed through Web3Forms, a third-party service that forwards the form contents to our inbox. Your submission passes through Web3Forms' servers in order to reach us. See Web3Forms' own privacy policy at web3forms.com for how they handle data in transit.
Typefaces are served from this site itself. Your browser does not contact Google, or any other content delivery network, in order to display this page.
How long we keep it
We retain correspondence and job records for as long as needed to deliver the service and to satisfy any record-keeping obligations that apply to our licensing and to operating the business.
